These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of plumbtechmt.com and your participation in text message communications from Plumb Tech Plumbing & Heating LLC, doing business as Plumbtech (“Plumbtech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a request through it, or providing consent to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. Plumbtech provides residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC services in Missoula, Helena, Libby, and surrounding Montana communities. 3. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
3.1 Program Description
Plumbtech operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have given us permission to text them. Depending on which consent you provide, messages may include:
Service and account messages
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices
- Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
- Estimates and quotes, open estimate reminders, invoices, and secure payment links
- Post service follow up and review requests
- Replies to questions you send us by text
Promotional messages
- Seasonal specials and maintenance promotions
- Membership offers and renewal notices
- Discounts and limited time offers
3.2 How You Give Consent
We send text messages only to mobile numbers that have provided prior express consent. You may opt in by:
- Checking the applicable consent box on a form on plumbtechmt.com
- Signing a Plumbtech service agreement, work order, invoice, estimate, or membership agreement that includes text message consent
- Sending a text message to us first at (406) 251-3555
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Plumbtech. Consent for service messages and consent for promotional messages are collected separately, and you may give one without the other.
You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Service and account messages are sent based on your appointments, estimates, and account activity. Promotional messages, if you have opted in to them, are sent on an occasional basis.
3.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Plumbtech does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
3.5 How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages of that type unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (406) 251-3555 or emailing [email protected].

3.7 Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carrier participation in this program may change without notice.
3.8 Changes to Your Mobile Number
If you change or give up the mobile number you provided to us, you agree to notify Plumbtech promptly so that we do not send messages to a person who has not consented to receive them.
3.9 Privacy of Your Mobile Information
Information collected through our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing are excluded from text messaging originator opt in data and consent. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Additional service specific terms are set out in our Disclaimer.
5. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, use automated tools to scrape or harvest content, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Plumbtech name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Plumb Tech Plumbing & Heating LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
