What does Plumbing Care cover?
Your plumbing and your water heater: the 65-point inspection, the flush, 10% off repairs, no dispatch fee and priority scheduling. Furnaces, air conditioners and boilers are add-ons at $11.99 a month each, and we line them up with the same visit schedule so your coverage is complete.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
When does my visit happen?
We book it the day you join, on your own anniversary rather than a crowded season, so you get a wider window and a date you can plan around. If you’ve added heating or cooling, we’ll try to line the visits up so we’re in your house as little as possible.
I have a tankless water heater.
Tankless units get a descale instead of a flush. It’s a $109 upgrade on the plan. Tell us at signup and we’ll set it up right.
Does this work in Helena and Libby?
Yes. Plumbing Care is exactly the same plan our Missoula customers get. Helena can add Boiler Care as well. Furnace and AC add-ons are Missoula and the Bitterroot for now.
What if I move?
Your membership comes with you if we service the new area, or you can pass it to the new owner. Either way it’s transferable.
